Kevin Campbell
Desktop Support TechnicianOriginally from Reno, Nevada, Kevin's path into technology started in the late '90s when he and his dad built the family's first PC together. That early spark grew into a deep interest in Linux and C programming through his teenage years, laying the foundation for a career in IT.
Before joining Elevate, Kevin spent a decade across a wide range of technical roles from helpdesk and desktop support to systems administration, full stack and embedded software development, network engineering and eventually serving as a vCIO, where he navigated asset management and compliance frameworks including HIPAA and PCI DSS. He has designed and maintained Windows Server, Linux and macOS environments; managed networks built on Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Ubiquiti, and Aruba/HPE platforms; and supported everything from enterprise SaaS rollouts to cybersecurity incident response.
Kevin holds certifications as a CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, CompTIA Network Infrastructure Professional and Cisco Certified Network Associate and is currently pursuing his Cisco Certified Network Professional certification with a specialization in SD-WAN.
Kevin is known for his calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and the kind of customer feedback that speaks for itself. Whether he's onboarding a new user, troubleshooting a complex network issue, or standing up infrastructure from scratch, he brings the same level of care to every task.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys long bike rides, discovering new food, baseball, PlayStation, reading and tinkering on software projects.
