Aaron Hensley
Desktop Support TechnicianAaron’s interest in technology started early, driven by curiosity and a natural ability to figure out how systems work. Over time, that curiosity developed into hands-on experience supporting users and troubleshooting issues in fast-paced environments. Before joining Elevate, Aaron worked in healthcare systems at Oregon Health & Science University and Providence, where he supported a wide range of technologies and helped ensure critical systems stayed up and running.
Aaron brings experience in end-user support, system troubleshooting, and working with tools across networking, software, and enterprise environments. Known for his structured, problem-solving approach, he enjoys digging into issues, identifying root causes, and delivering reliable solutions that keep users moving.
After earning his degree in Computer Science, Aaron expanded his skillset into software development, building backend applications using Python, Flask, and MySQL. This background gives him a deeper understanding of how systems work behind the scenes, allowing him to approach support from both a technical and user-focused perspective.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new tech projects, and staying engaged with gaming and media. Living in the Pacific Northwest, he also appreciates getting outdoors when he can.
